Dolomite mining process is the solution of separating dolomite concentrate from Dolomite raw ore. Based on mosaic structure of the Dolomite mine and years of mining process experiences, we applying Dolomite mining process of two-stage crushing, washing, then three-stage separating, flotation process will be used to process Dolomite with complex structures.
Dolomite mining process is suitable for Dolomite mine accompanied with materials such as Calcite, Hematite, Clay and Quartz, this Dolomite mining process can largely reduce the clogging of sieves so as to improve separating efficiency.
【Process Description】
Crushing Stage
Coarse and medium crushing mainly used to process high quality Dolomite mine with dense blocks patterns. Fine crushing is needed when meet complex Dolomite mine. Jaw crusher and cone crusher are the mainly used Dolomite crushers, the former is applying to coarse crushing, the latter is suitable for medium crushing.
Washing Process
Washing Process can not only improve the screening efficiency, but also largely reduce air pollution and dust content of air, since washing process is indispensable in modern Dolomite mining process.
Separating Process
Dolomite mine will be transferred to vibrating screen for primary screening, recrushed in Dolomite crusher then sent to vibrating screen for secondary screening, the finished Dolomite mine can be used for steelmaking. After three times screening, the output ore can be be used in ironmaking and construction industries
Flotation Process
Flotation separation mainly process complex Dolomite mine. Dolomite mine flotation process applying direct indirect flotation flowsheet, adding inhibitors according to the floatability of Dolomite mine, thus can speed up the settlement of Dolomite concentrate and reduce the overflow loss.
