【Advantages】
Continuous rotation of the operated cone body and high productivity

Even particle size of products and uniformly surface wear of movable cone
Simple structure: frame, horizontal axis, movable cone, balance wheel, eccentric bushing, upper crushing wall (fixed cone), down crushing wall (movable cone), fluid coupling, lubrication system, hydraulic system, control system, etc.
The movable cone swings close to discharge opening of crushing cavity, which intersects an equal parallel strip between them to make end products granularity. The feed opening is not large, which can deal with the primary crushed materials.
This kind of cone crusher adopts dry oil and water sealing avoiding dust entering and keeping clean.
【Product Structure】
The rotation of eccentric sleeve driven by motor makes cranking motions of movable eccentric cone and fixed cone, which achieves the purpose of crushing.

【Successful case】
In the process of gold processing plant rebuilding in Henan, Xinhai contracted its crushing and screening process in 2003. After a series of analysis, Xinhai found that the ore has high hardness, the working process need real-time monitoring, and the ore are processed coarse crushing, so Xinhai selected spring cone crusher, and adopted hadifield steel in damageable parts, replaced motor with the hydraulic thrust device, adopted relay to control discharge, optimized the cavity, the qualification rate of crushing is up to 90% above, customers are very satisfied with this result.
