After crushing and screening, the ores come to the third and fourth stage, namely grinding and classifying stage. There are several types of mineral grinding and classifying equipment applied for completing the whole mineral processing progress.

Mineral processing equipment applied in grinding are as following:

Energy Saving Ball Mill- A high efficiency and energy saving ball mill lined with grooved ring plate which increases the contact surface of ball and ore and strengthens the grinding.

Cylindrical energy saving grid ball mill innovates the capacity reaching up to 160t/h. And this kind of mill with coarse particle product is common used in the first stage grinding

Rod Mill-A grinding equipment with steel rod as medium include overflow rod mill, end peripheral discharge rod mill and center peripheral discharge rod mill, which could meet different requirement. Xinhai rod mill’s capacity can reach up between 0.62 to 250t/h.

Autogenous Mill-A high-efficiency wet autogenous mill that materials as grinding media can realize the second and third stage crushing and screening, and part or all crushing and grinding of rod mill or ball mil. The advantages of this type of grinding machine include low power consumption, no dust pollution, less auxiliary equipment, easy production automation, and stable particle size reaching up to 200-350mm. And also except for few hard ore, most of metal ores could use wet autogenous mill.

Spiral Classifier-This kind of classifier is a classifying equipment taking use of the different sedimentation speed of the solid particle in slurry with the capacity reaching up to 1785t/d.

The innovative advantage of this kind of classifying product is that an automatic elevating apparatus is added to the discharge opening and the scoop in ball mill is eliminated bringing more stable operation. Spiral classifier as the ancillary equipment of grinding to pre-classifying and check classifying is also applied in de-mudding and dewatering.

Submerged Spiral Classifier-A kind of classification equipment with the spiral of overflow end completely immersed below liquid level.
