【Successful case】
A copper dressing plant in Yunnan adopted gravity separation process firstly, but grade is low after separation. Finally the client consulted Xinhai through friends, and decided to adopt gravity - flotation separation process eventually after the mineral processing test. The flotation process adopted SF flotation cell which is researched and developed by Xinhai independently. Each tank with air suction, slurry suction and flotation function does not need any accessory equipment to form flotation circle, which is convenient for process flow changing and improves the separation efficiency. After separated, the concentrate grade is increased by 10% than expected, the economic benefit is guaranteed.
