【Product Structure】
Driven by the motor through the pulley, the eccentric main shaft integrated with the screen box rotates and generates centrifugal force, and drives the vibration of circular trail of the screen box.

【Successful case】
The dressing plant in Yunnan, the material water content is bigger, the equipment spoilage is serious, and the production cannot be carried out, so they added ore washing facilities, achieveing ore washing and desliming before fine crushing. Xinhai auto centering vibrating screen can produce bigger centrifugal force relying on eccentric shaft, at the same time, the lining wet wear-resistant rubber can increase equipment life, and another two equipment were used for desliming. After two stage washing and desliming of vibrating screen, the screening efficiency was improved greatly, which ensuring the normal operation of pre- beneficiation greatly, also reducing the production cost.
