Induction to Main Equipment and Solution Used in Gold Processing Plant Project, Xinhai

Xinhai Zimbabwe 700tpd Rock Gold Processing Plant Project is one of successful cases adopted the combination mineral processing solution of CLP and Gravity Separation.

This project is a new construction with the new built-up area about 2, 206 square meters. According to the production process and other requirements, concentrator is mainly divided into three steps, including two-stage closed circuit grinding, closed-circuit classifying, and twice shacking cleaning.

Gold CIP Production Line adsorbs gold from cyaniding pulp by active carbon including 7 steps: leaching pulp preparation, cyaniding leaching, carbon adsorption, gold loaded carbon desorption, pregnant solution electrodeposit, carbon acid regeneration, leaching pulp, which is a very useful gold recovery method in mineral processing.

There are two kinds of ore suitable for gold CIP production line: one is flotation gold concentrate, amalgamation and gravity tailings; the other is mudded oxidized ore.

Main Mineral Processing Steps used in the project:

1. Impurity removing of gold CIP production line:

Before the adsorption of cyaniding pulp, remove the wood chips to avoid it adsorbs the gold and blocks the carbon screen.

2. Leaching and adsorption of gold CIP production line:

Adding carbon in the leaching tank; the carbon absorbs gold becoming gold loaded carbon. After adsorption, carbon screen separates the carbon and pulp.

3. Desorption electrolysis of gold CIP production line:

Under high temperature and pressure, gold loaded carbon separates gold mud and carbon in closed system.

Main Mineral Processing Equipment used in this project:

Efficient Thickener - A New type of thickening machine applied for mechanical structure, strengthening the flocculation of solid particleand supplying flocculent adding system and with the capacity of 1400t/d.

Leaching Agitation Tank - A special kind of agitation tank for gold extraction with double impeller, uniform mixing, low energy consumption with the efficient volume of 395m3.

Desorption Electrolysis System-Desorption electrolysis system applied in gold processing plant consists of electrolysis equipment including desorption column and the electrodeposition tank with the gold carbon content of 3.5kg/t.

Press Filter-A dewatering equipment relying on pressure of slurry pump including chamber press filter and plate press filter with the capacity of filtering area to 1000m2.
